Hi.
Just moved to the area and wondered if there are any local fly fishers around? or even a fly fishing club.
Cheers Tony

Hey mate,
Check this site out.
https://www.fishing.net.nz/forum/saltwa ... 62963.html
It has a lot of info but you have to sift through it to get the relevant guff.
A lot of the earlier stuff posted used to be quite good and I think it may have a bit of info on the far north.
Certainly some great fishing up there for snapper and kingfish that I've done in the past.
Good luck.

Yea as Jaapie said. I think your a little far north to really bother trying for trout. A little too warm for them up that way.
