Idiot! Increased intensification and irrigation will only worsen rivers.

I know what you mean, but Caygill is an ex-politician and well used to saying that black is white and white is no colour at all. He is more likely to be cunning than idiotic.

Hence the ridiculous pretence that intensive dairying systems based on yet more irrigation are compatible with clean streams.
