Kind regards,

...Its very clear they know who the ratbags are on this forum and tailor their response accordingly!...

Re: Oreti River Cycle trail proposed again!
Well my very polite email began with "Good morning, Kym..." which I thought was rather spiffingly good form actually.
Tally ho!

Yip, all confirmed from my end as well, ended up running into a two page spiel, been a few years since I fished the Oreti, but it was home to some magnificent fish looking back at the pics!... and no doubt still is, maybe next year...

Re: Oreti River Cycle trail proposed again!
Sweet. Cheers guys. Now..... The saga continues
For those submitting on the Around the Mountain Cycle Trail proposal below is a link to the separate land use consent advertisement for the bridge that goes with it. Its 216 metres long and involves shifting 2000 cubic metres of gravel from the dry bed of the Oreti River. This one got advertised last Friday and submissions are due no later than 12 November 2014. This is only a 12 working day consultation period for what is a major structure through a river bed.

Why only a 12 day turnaround??.
