Well I would like to think I have an opportunity to do some good Fraser , its not all bad.
In a previous post you mentioned Environment Vs Money I just spotted this in my news feed , going by this things like wintering more stock than consented too , there was talk of farmers needing a consent to do so but perhaps under the circumstances (they cannot get them to the works quick enough ) local councils will use there discretion and just let them get on with it , I wouldn't be surprised if Labour find them self,s in the same position National did when they where in power they wanted to streamline the RMA and cut away red tape so projects were not bogged down , this will get interesting with the Greens thrown in the mix .
