I went anyway :) But so too did the village fishmonger, village fool, the mayor and the local vicar!
I mentioned to one fellow angler as we reached the cars we need a booking system on that stretch - It's just madness!.

So did I tonight. Got to where I wanted to go and sat and waited. And waited. And waited. No rise at all. Don't know why. Perfect evening, but just no hatch. Oh well. In fact shoulda stayed at home. ABest hatch was there. a glass of wine I left on the nbench for my return was filled with bloody fruit flies... Little Fcukers.
