Off the top of my head I Have four different places that by the end of December, this little beastie will be worked on. it maybe early for cicada but in my experience, they'll take it....

Took one of Paul's Cicadas for a swim on the last day of September in a wee spot I know down south. One cast. One fish. Sweet! Mind you had three take a mouse as well so they weren't that fussy.....
