Aw Shucks! A massive thanks to Steve for his support and help.

What do I do:
Node-less Bamboo Blanks, and The occasional double hander.
I prefer to build blanks. Leaving the decorative finishing to the end user.

What I'm all about:
My Mission is to promote Cane as a viable and enjoyable fishing tool. Through the use of modern day methods and tapers.

Why Iconoclast?

A Iconoclast is a person who attacks cherished beliefs, traditional institutions, etc., as being based on error or superstition.

Almost self explanatory. Cane will never be the be all and end all of building materials- but in saying that neither will graphite or glass. Each will have their benefits in certain situations. I just hope at some stage you will get a chance to fish Bamboo.

Still working till the wee hours most nights to clear some of the current back log.

Again a massive thanks to Steve!

Cheers

Matt

I am lucky to have built up one of Matt's boo blanks. It' was a lovely blank.

He has a bright future as a rod maker... Keep up the good work. ( You have to as there are a number of us following your progress with more than a passing interest 8-). )
